• Accommodation recommendation

  If you are from overseas or outstation, it is great that you plan your accommodation early once you registered/or plan to register for the event. As all events are in different location and is manage by different organizers, check the event page, event social media and with the organizer for any recommendation or suggestion for accommodation. • I need payment receipt for my registration

  You can retrieve the official receipt for your payment from your user profile dashboard.  You can access to your profile through our website or mobile app. Login to Your Account: Log in to your account using your email and password. If you do not have user profile, you'll need to sign-up before proceeding. • Can I change my details after registration?

  It depends on the type of changes and the impact of the change. If it is a genuine error, then changes are allowed and depending on the changes, admin fee may be imposed.  There is no hard rule on this.   Check the Terms and Conditions: Review the terms and conditions of the event registration. • I did not receive confirmation slip after I registered for an event/ Or I have lost my confirmation slip.

  Confirmation email will be sent to the registered e-mail address with a https link to download the confirmation slip. Kindly check your email account junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.    However, you can also access your confirmation slip from your user profile, either through our website or our mobile app. The QR code of your confirmation slip is also available in your user profile for easy access during race pack collection. *You will need to create aFew readers
