Access Your Profile: Once logged in, go to the profile icon at the right top corner of the page and click on "My Profile".
Edit Profile: Within your profile menu, click Profile > My Profile. You should be able to edit your profile details directly. This exclude your IC/Passport Number, Date of Birth, gender and email as these details are unique identification of your profile.
Make Changes: Click on the relevant fields that you wish to update and make the necessary changes.
Verify Changes: Double-check that your changes have been updated correctly by reviewing your profile information.
Save Changes: After you've made your desired changes, be sure to save them. Look for an "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
Success: Success pop-up message will appear at the right-bottom corner of the page. This means your profile has successfully updated.

We will update the latest information on our website as it is available to us, but we do recommend referring to the event page, event's social media page or contact the Event Organizer directly. They will have the latest details regarding the schedule, location, and any other relevant information for the collection. Typically, this information is provided closer to the event date, so keep an eye out for announcements as the event approaches

Accommodation recommendation

If you are from overseas or outstation, it is great that you plan your accommodation early once you registered/or plan to register for the event.

As all events are in different location and is manage by different organizers, check the event page, event social media and with the organizer for any recommendation or suggestion for accommodation. There are events with official hotel sponsors/partners as well.

Beyond that, google maps should be able to provide details of the possible accommodation around the starting line.

You can retrieve the official receipt for your payment from your user profile dashboard. You can access to your profile through our website or mobile app.

Login to Your Account: Log in to your account using your email and password. If you do not have user profile, you'll need to sign-up before proceeding.
Access Your Profile: Once logged in, go to the profile icon at the right top corner of the page and click on "My Event".
Download. All your registered event(s) will be listed on the Dashboard. Click “Receipt” to download the official receipt, then it will automatically save it in your device.
Storage directory. Check your Download folder or any directory that you set to store the file.
