I need payment receipt for my registration

You can retrieve the official receipt for your payment from your user profile dashboard.

You can access to your profile through our website or mobile app.

Login to Your Account: Log in to your account using your email and password. If you do not have user profile, you'll need to sign-up before proceeding.
Access Your Profile: Once logged in, go to the profile icon at the right top corner of the page and click on "My Event".
Download. All your registered event(s) will be listed on the Dashboard. Click “Receipt” to download the official receipt, then it will automatically save it in your device.
Storage directory. Check your Download folder or any directory that you set to store the file.
