I did not receive confirmation slip after I registered for an event/ Or I have lost my confirmation slip.

Confirmation email will be sent to the registered e-mail address with a https link to download the confirmation slip. Kindly check your email account junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. 

However, you can also access your confirmation slip from your user profile, either through our website or our mobile app. The QR code of your confirmation slip is also available in your user profile for easy access during race pack collection.

You will need to create a user profile if you do not have one. Make sure create an account using the SAME email address you used for registration.
