I want a refund

Whether a refund is possible or not depends on the Terms and Conditions or Refund Policy associated by Organizer.

Here's a general guide:

  1. Check the Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy: Review the event's terms and conditions / refund policy to understand if refunds are allowed, under what conditions, and within what timeframe. This information is typically provided on the event's page.
  2. Determine Eligibility: If the refund policy allows for refunds, determine if you meet the eligibility criteria. Common reasons for refund eligibility may include event cancellation, participant injury or illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Submit Refund Request: If you're eligible for a refund based on the refund policy, follow the instructions provided to submit your refund request. This may involve filling out a form, contacting Checkpoint Spot's customer support team or contacting directly with Organizer.
  4. Provide Necessary Information: Be prepared to provide any necessary information to facilitate the refund process, such as your Registration ID, Name, Email Address and Beneficiary Bank Account details.
  5. Wait for Confirmation: After submitting your refund request, wait for confirmation email regarding the status of your request. This may take some time depending on the processing time and the volume of requests.
  6. Monitor Your Bank Account: Keep an eye on your account statement or email for updates regarding your refund request. Once processed, the refunded amount should be credited back to your provided bank account.
  7. Follow Up if Needed: If you haven't received confirmation within a reasonable timeframe or if you have questions about the status of your refund request, don't hesitate to follow up.
