I want to change my user profile details

To change your user profile details, you typically need to follow these steps:

1. Login to Your Account on our website or through our mobile app: If you do not have an account, you'll need to sign-up.
2. Access Your Profile: Once logged in, go to the profile icon at the right top corner of the page and click on "My Profile". 
3. Edit Profile: Within your profile menu, click Profile > My Profile. You should be able to edit your profile details directly. This exclude your IC/Passport Number, Date of Birth, gender and email as these details are unique identification of your profile.
4. Make Changes: Click on the relevant fields that you wish to update and make the necessary changes.
5. Verify Changes: Double-check that your changes have been updated correctly by reviewing your profile information.
6. Save Changes: After you've made your desired changes, be sure to save them. Look for an "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
7. Success: Success pop-up message will appear at the right-bottom corner of the page. This means your profile has successfully updated.
8. Logout (if necessary): Once you've finished updating your profile, it's a good idea to log out of your account, especially if you're using a shared or public computer.
